Doula Mentorship Program

Now offering free mentorships for LGBTQ persons and BIPOC. We need more doulas who look like and identify with all birthing persons. Representation matters!

Doula Exploration

$30

• 1 hour virtual meeting to discuss your goals, what demands this lifestyle puts on you and your family, typical schedule, assistance finding doula training and/or certification program that suits you

• Shadowing a birth as long as my client is comfortable and birthing place allows as well as joining/shadowing a prenatal appointment and we can do a post birth briefing if client agrees

  Doula Mentorship

  $300

• Initial virtual meeting to interview for the program, discuss goals and structure, fill out paperwork, and make payment

• I will join you for up to 3 births during as birthing place allows. If not possible, I will support you virtually

• I accompany you to the first prenatal for each client

• Post-birth debrief session

• I am available for questions and concerns during business hours outside of births

• My client forms are available for your use or help to create your own

• Ongoing availability for some feedback and debriefing

• Potential back up for an additional fee

• Potential client referrals

• As program grows, a possibility for monthly doula circles

Prerequisites for Mentoring Program

• Completed training from an approved doula program

• Must fill out an application

• Accountability, reliability, confidentiality, and respect

• Ready to grow and learn as a birth worker!
