Would you like to be surrounded by your dear friends and family to be honored and blessed for the journey of becoming a parent? The idea of a Parent Blessing comes from the Navaho Blessingway. This is a celebration of becoming a parent that focuses more on the birthing parent than on the baby. It can be tailored to fit anyone: culturally, spiritually, etc.

Fee: $100

Are you having a home or birth center birth? Do you have older children who you hope to involve but know that you will be too busy to help them through? That’s where I come in. I help your children participate or not as you and they see fit. I help them to understand what is going on in an age appropriate manner. And I can help keep them occupied through play.

Fee: $600

Reiki is hands on energy work for relaxation and healing. It is non-manipulative (not massaging). I use gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through your body to reduce stress and promote healing.

Fee: $60/session

Chronic pain can be lonely as well as debilitating. I can come talk with you, I can do your dishes and laundry when you cannot. I can drive you to appointments and help you remember your exercises and care plans. I will make sure that you are eating and drinking and I can give you Reiki treatments to facilitate relaxation and healing.

Want to wear your baby or toddler but don’t know how to get started? I have a variety of wraps and carriers that I can help you try out. I even have a few that can be borrowed to try for a while before purchasing. I help you find the wrap or carrier that works best for you and your little one.

Fee: $30/session

Your family is growing and that means changes in all dynamics. Let me help you adjust by providing emotional, physical, and informational support. I can also do some laundry and dishes so you can focus on this new person.

Abortion can be a tough decision anytime but, in this post-Roe era, it is even harder to make this decision and find the care you need. As your doula, I walk with you on this journey. I help connect you to the right care and can even drive you out of state. I support you physically and emotionally during this time.

Fee: $30/hour

You’re having surgery but don’t have any family around. I can drive you to the hospital or surgical center and pick you after you are discharged. I can help you get comfortable back at home. I can pick up some groceries and your medications from the pharmacy. I can do some dishes and laundry so that you can focus on resting and healing.
